Sustainable Forestry
New Sunrise, Inc. is committed to being a good steward in sustainable forest management. We must maintain a balance between the economy and ecology by using the forest at a rate that maintains biodiversity and regeneration without damaging the ecosystem. To this end, New Sunrise, Inc. will selectively harvest only approved wood species and implement reforestation under the guidance and oversight of INAFOR (National Forestry Institute).
This approach will allow the forest to remain healthy and regenerative and will provide a viable means of growth and development of jobs to the economy of the RACCN for future generations. Too many forests have been damaged or destroyed by greed and ignorance. Sustainable forest management will be of the highest priority to New Sunrise, Inc.
